Welcome to Raptor Defense USA (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our authorized dealer program. By applying to become a dealer or conducting business with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an application or place an order.
1. Eligibility
We sell exclusively to licensed dealers with a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) or other applicable business license.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and authorized to enter into a binding business agreement.
We reserve the right to deny or terminate dealer status at our sole discretion for any lawful reason.
2. Dealer Application & Approval
All new dealers must submit a completed application along with current licensing documentation (e.g., FFL).
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Approved dealers will receive account access to pricing, ordering, and dealer-specific resources.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted only from approved dealers in good standing.
All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimum order quantities may apply.
4. Product Availability & Specifications
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and inventory status but do not guarantee availability.
Product designs, specifications, and features may change without notice.
5. Shipping & Transfer
All firearms are shipped only to the licensed dealer’s designated FFL address.
Dealers are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm transfers to end customers.
We do not ship outside the United States.
6. Warranties & Returns
Our products are covered by our Warranty Policy (provided separately).
Returns must follow our Dealer Return Guidelines and may be subject to restocking fees.
Firearms and serialized components cannot be returned once transferred from the dealer to an end customer, except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, product names, images, and branding are the property of Raptor Defense USA and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the handling, resale, or end use of our products, except as provided under our warranty.
Dealers are responsible for ensuring all resale transactions comply with applicable laws.
9. Privacy
All dealer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share dealer data for marketing purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
