Do you sell directly to the public?
No. Raptor Defense USA sells exclusively to licensed dealers with a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) or equivalent authorization.
How do I become a dealer?
Complete our Dealer Application Form on the website and submit your current FFL and any required business documentation. Once approved, you’ll gain access to dealer pricing and ordering.
Are there any order minimums?
No. There are no minimum order quantities at this time.
How quickly can I place an order?
Once your application is approved and your dealer account is activated, you can begin ordering immediately.
How are firearms shipped?
Firearms are shipped only to the licensed FFL address on file. All shipments are fully insured and require adult signature upon delivery
Can I order custom rifles?
Yes. We offer select customization options for dealers, including configurations and accessories. Contact your dealer account representative for details.
What is your Warranty policy?
All Raptor Defense rifles come with our Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be processed through the Raptor Defense Warranty page.
Do you offer pick-up orders?
Approved dealers can pick up orders from our headquaters in Ontario, CA
