What does the Warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use conditions.
Who is considered the “original owner”?
The original owner is the first retail purchaser who acquired the firearm from an authorized Raptor Defense dealer. Warranty is fully transferrable if you’re transferring ownership.
Is the Warranty transferrable?
Yes. The warranty is fully transferrable.
What is not covered by the Warranty?
Damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or use of non-standard ammunition is not covered.
How do I file a warranty claim?

Will a claim result in a replacement?
At our discretion, we will repair or replace any defective firearm or part covered under the warranty. If the model is no longer available, we may provide an equivalent product.
How long does it take to process?
Typical warranty claim turnaround is 2–4 weeks, depending on parts availability and shipping times.
Is there shipping costs?
Yes, you will be responsible for shipping costs to us. If the claim is valid, Raptor Defense covers the shipping to an authorized FFL.
